This sincere concern is attested, among other ways, by the fact that the company fleet of coaches is the newest in the country. By having only good, trustworthy and well-trained drivers operating only the newest vehicles, and by complying with all work rules, the companies ensure the best safety measures and comfort available. The companies’ policy is to be known for their responsible strategy and operations as well as for safety and attention to environmental concerns. In order for Hópbílar to ensure the use of effective safety procedures the companies have instituted a Safety Committee to specially organize procedures concerning equipment, occuptional health, and safety, both within and outside of the companies.

The work environment of individuals is also taken into account. To this end attention is paid to equipment, organization of work, education, social and emotional factors at work, and safety concerns, in addition to analysis of environmental factors as a large part of job safety.
